Creating Balance There are a few main questions that I have to ask you, if you’re reading this material. Are you feeling sick right now? If you are, how are you going about taking care of your health at the current moment? If you keep getting sick or you continually have the same symptoms or health problems, you need to re-think why problems keep reoccurring. Are you hooked on pharmaceutical drugs that your doctor keeps prescribing? If so, you should look into some natural alternatives. Nowadays it isn’t uncommon for people to become frustrated with their medical practitioners and seek other ways to treat themselves with alternative medicine. An increasing amount of people now feel the need to make some heavy changes with their lives. Is your pantry and refrigerator full of unhealthy foods? If so, perhaps it’s time that you re-think what food you buy and how you fill up your pantry and refrigerator. In order to make vast improvements in your life you need to have alkaline balancing foods in your diet. If you’re like most Americans you’re probably consuming part of the Standard American Diet (SAD). Most people on this diet eat and drink straight up unhealthy garbage. The majority of Americans have been brain-washed and they eat whatever they feel like. This poor choice of eating and indulging on any foods that are put in one’s face, ends up resulting in a plethora of health problems which usually includes obesity and diabetes. All the refined, processed, packaged, and fast foods end up making your body an acidic mess. As a result of all this acidic...

CBD is noted to boost memory, combat inflammation, and increase restful sleep. Many are hesitant to try CBD oil derived from the flowers of industrial hemp plants. This is mainly due to its close resemblance to it’s relatives Cannabis Ruderalis, Cannabis Sativa, and Cannabis Indica which are higher in the psychoactive phytochemical THC (Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol). Although Cannabis Sativa L is a close relative of Indica and Sativa, it does not have more than .3% THC which is the main psychoactive property that produces that noted “euphoric high” that people often associate with cannabis. It is important to note that Industrial hemp is Cannabis Sativa L. The relative Cannabis Ruderalis is native to Eastern Europe and Russia and also happens to be lower in THC content. There is a lot of promising medical research backing up CBD oil which can make it an excellent alterative treatment for many people across the globe due to its ability to affect the Endocannabinoid system inside the human body. The hemp...

If you’re currently looking for something that’ll give you an extra boost of energy that isn’t as taxing on your body, I’d suggest looking into a pre-workout powder.Although pre-workout drinks are arguably unhealthy, they still seem to beat a red bull, monster drink, rockstar, or coca cola. With that said, pre-workout drink powders offer a lot of different ingredients. The primary ingredients found typically consists of a base of beta alanine, B vitamins, branch chain amino acids, caffeine, and creatine monohydrate.Three main ingredients that I mentioned above are super helpful in the process of building more strength in the body. Those compounds include caffeine, creatine monohydrate, and beta-alanine.One big difference that pre-workout drinks offer is that the majority of them have artificial sweeteners as a sugar replacement which makes the powder calorie suppressed. With this in mind, pre-workout drinks can help as a performance aid and enhancer in the gym with weight lifting and some minor cardio. If you work long days and have a lot of studying on your schedule, it can help your performance to take a pre-workout powder. If you’re currently wondering what powders are on the market, there are plenty available to choose from. There are three main macro nutrients that are needed by humans for growth and development. The three main macro nutrients that are needed consist of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. These core nutrients help supply energy for the body in order to supply for daily activities and movements. In this blog post I will cover key details that explain how these main macro nutrients work biochemically within the body. Carbohydrates: So what are carbohydrates? Most carbohydrates are a form of some type of sugar molecule. These molecules are used to form glycogen. Complex Carbohydrates are linked sugar molecules and they are also called starches. Simple Carbohydrates are single sugar molecules such as glucose, sucrose, and fructose. Carbohydrates can be broken down into three general categories: monosaccharides, disaccharides, and polysaccharides. Monosaccharides and disaccharides are commonly referred to as sugars or simple carbohydrates, while polysaccharides are called complex carbohydrates. Monosaccharides are carbohydrates that have one sugar molecule. Common sources include glucose, fructose, sorbitol, galactose, mannitol, and mannose. Disaccharides are carbohydrates with two sugar molecules. Common sources include sucrose and lactose. Polysaccharides are carbohydrates with three or more sugar molecules. Sources include dextrin, cellulose, and starches. Another kind of carbohydrate is fiber, which is composed mainly of undigestible polysaccharides. Fiber plays an important role in the next topic of discussion, the glycemic index (GI). The separate classifications of monosaccharides, disaccharides, polysaccharides, and fiber which help differentiate carbohydrates. The major carbohydrates that are consumed in the human diet are starch, sucrose, lactose, fructose, and glucose. The polysaccharide starch is the storage form of carbohydrates in plant. Sucrose known as table sugar and lactose known...
